PEC22-0018 - A request for a recommendation to the Vail Town Council for a review of a Vail Land Use Plan map amendment, pursuant to Section 8-3, Amendment Process, Vail Land Use Plan, to change the designation of the portions of Tract A Middle Creek Subdivision from Open Space to Public/Semi-Public and High Density Residential and setting forth details in regard thereto.

 

This item will be heard for an update from the applicant’s representative, Matt Gennett. The applicant will then request a continuance to December 12, 2022.
